Cindy Doyle

I began serving customers & our community with Cindy Doyle in April of 2022. I have twenty plus years of experience in customer service since graduating from the University of Tennessee--GO BIG ORANGE. I fell in love with this area and met my husband, and we share a handsome son and energetic yellow labrador.

I have been in the insurance industry since 2011 helping our community, with an emphasis on life and health products. I am a native East Tennessean who enjoys helping people insure what matters most. I am happily married to my husband . We have a daughter and 2 cats. I enjoy traveling, hiking, watching football, and spending time with friends and family. I am very blessed to be part of such a great and passionate staff.

I have been in the insurance industry for 16 years, and licensed in multiple lines of insurance. Originally from California, my wife and I relocated to Knoxville in 2010 & we absolutely love it here. In my spare time, we spend our leisure time on the lake, fishing, and traveling. I am very proud to be a part of the great team at the Cindy Doyle Agency, and really enjoy serving the needs of our community. I have a background in real estate, retail, customer service, and insurance. I'm honored to be a part of the Cindy Doyle team, where I can serve customers and open our doors to the Spanish community in East TN. Originally from Dominican Republic, I graduated in accounting and moved to America 21 years ago. My passion is helping others and I believe in going above & beyond for customers' satisfaction. I LOVE Knoxville, TN-the people, community, culture of kindness & the mountains.

I have been with Cindy Doyle's State Farm agency since 2007. I love what I do! We have a wonderful office with a very caring staff that take a lot of pride in what they do. I provide assistance to our business owners, and lead our Customer Care team. When I'm not caring for our customers, I enjoy spending time gardening and swimming at home or traveling to my children and grandchildren with my French Bulldog Dottie.

I am pleased to be a part of the Cindy Doyle Agency since August of 2017. I previously worked for a State Farm agent in another state for 3 years before relocating to Knoxville. Prior to that, I had 6 1/2 years of experience with State Farm service and billing. I am a wife and mother of 3 girls. We are very active in sports and Girl Scouts, and I love to assist our great customers.

I started with the Cindy Doyle office in October 2019. I thoroughly enjoy being a team player on our amazing team and providing the highest level of customer care to our State Farm customers. I pride myself on communicating and understanding the needs of our customers in an ever changing environment. I have one amazing daughter with whom I spend my time, while also taking leisure in art and socializing with friends and family.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. I am licensed in Auto, Fire, Health and Life and look forward to working with you and your family to ensure that your insurance needs are met. I am a graduate of Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN, and am a huge Vols Fan! During the day I help customers recover from the unexpected events that occur in life, and assist them if they have a claim-large or small. When away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family either at the beach, Disney World or in the mountains.

I have been taking care of State Farm customers since 2015 and truly enjoy helping customers with their needs. I love to help people relocating to East Tennessee, as well as current residents in the Knoxville area, with their home, auto, boat and ATV insurance. Since I have 3 grown children, I have an understanding of insurance requirements for individuals and families. My wife and I enjoy gardening and home improvement projects and just spending time with our children.

I have been with State Farm since July of 2014 and have a background in retail and banking. I enjoy working with the local community and the team at Cindy's office. I'm known as the Southern Belle at the front desk, who loves on and takes care of our customers-whether they walk in or call in. I truly enjoy our customers and love getting to know them and their families. I am married and have two wonderful children and a sweet K-9 Bentley. After work hours, I enjoy working in my yard, traveling, shopping and most importantly spending time with my beautiful family.

I have been in the insurance business for over 20 years with State Farm. As Cindy's Office Manager, I assist our team, as well as our delightful customers. State Farm is a great company focused on its customers and their needs, and Cindy carries that philosophy to our local community here in East Tennessee in a way that sets us apart from other insurance agencies. I couldn't be more proud to be associated with this team. And I enjoy being on the lake with my husband during the boating season after hours, as well as fly fishing in the Smoky Mountains. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful environment in East Tennessee, and work with wonderful customers.
